Throughout most of my life, in one way or another, I think I’ve always been a coach.  Helping others figure out what they really want and where they are stuck has always been a passion for me.  Coaching is something I’ve always done, something that I’ve always loved, and something which seems to come naturally for me.

Of course, I didn’t always know that what I was doing was "coaching." I went from a problem solver to a truth seeker. After doing much of my own inner work and drastically changing my own life and loving it, I realized I wanted to help others love their lives too.  Too many people I have spoken with are unhappy and unsatisfied with their lives and I want to help them have a life they love. Having worked with clients over the years, I've witnessed remarkable life changes in people. People actually find out what happy and satisfied feels like.

I completed the International Coach Federation (ICF) accredited Laser Coaching program and continue my coaching education yearly.
